rpe7. I feel like the HR data was a bit high. Felt good to be running. Still maintained a moderate effort. Not ready to push the pace or add tempo. As a result of my lower ab strain I am not able to raise my right knee as high. Need to work on stretching to open my hips up. Most miles in a couple of mnths. Still need to keep the miles below 20 per week while I am recovering from Plantar and lower ab strain. Good run.
