rpe7-8+. This was a feel good swim...The things I have been working on with maccurdy are becoming 2nd nature. I was the fastest guy in my lane, but I maintained my focus and did not break form in an attempt to go faster. I am also swimming in a faster lane consistantly now..warm up 200 swim 100 kick 200 swim 100 kick...Main sets were all 400's. None on time. All on last man.+15-20 secs. 1st 400 (100 easy 100 80%) 2nd 400 negative split 2nd 200. 3rd 400 kick using little arms w/fins. 4th 400 easy 5th 400 hard 2x200 easy pull...
