warm up 20 mins elliptical. 5-8mins of abs.(went less time spent on abs bc of lower ab issue).Mo calf raises bc of sore left achilles. Step up and squat all in one move... Super Set: bench press & lat pulldown. No Lunges bc this bothers rt lower ab.. Super Set Leg extension & Curl. Pull ups. Tricep pulldowns
