jumped into lane by myself 1200 drill. each 100m drill reinforced by a 100 swim. Then jumped in lane 3 with masters. 50 swim with fins 9x100 swim with fins. 2x200 pull, 3x150 pull. I can swim with lane 3 however always get blown away on pull sets. Purchased 3rd set of paddles. Maccurdy recommend these....cd 150 swim RPE on drills 4. RPE with masters 8.5 on pull sets.

Left calf is tight this a.m. I will not do a quality run again this week...Same schedule as last week,,,
