rpe7. easy trail run. Plantar felt fine. and only slightly did I notice the lower rt ab. So good run. Stayed with the plan. Easy running 3 xper week for only 30 mins until plantar and ab is better. Began seeing Dr Lee and ART treatment. I will do this a few weeks and see how it goes. painful but i hope helpful
