rpe8-8+. warmup 500 swim with paddles. main set 10x50 easy out hard back on 1min(this gave us 20 secs rest between each. 2x300 moderate. 50 swim recovery. 8x100 on 1:45(finished each around 1:15-1:18). 10 x50 easy out hard back. 50 swim.
