RPE 8+-9. Warm up 400 swim plus 4x150w/fins (50 kick, 100 swim) went on 4th man. easy effort. Main set 12x100 pull 4x100 on 1:40 4x100 on 1:35 4x100 on 1:30(these were very difficult). Did not hit the 1:30 intrvl each time. more like 1:30-1:33. But the last 1:30 intvl was made....I had to swim with masters today bc all lanes were full with 2-3 per lane. Typically I drills wednesday a.m. Just as well I guess since tomorrow a.m. I have lessons with maccurdy. Rt foot is better. had no problems pushing off the wall on flip turns. Will attempt running after bike ride today...it was just a bruise. Must have really stumped that root hard for the top of my foot to be bruised.
