rpe 8-9. at times during the longer sets I felt at ease. I also noticed that my times would not fade either during those periods of easy-ish long sets. I felt as if I was swimming a bit more flat. Perhaps I am over rotating a bit. And perhaps I am not swimming as flat as I think. But I did feel like I was not over rotating. Perhaps this helped. I swam like this all practice. It felt good and fast...

warm up 500 pull

main set:

5x300 begin the first 50 hard as I would a race start.

1st 300 4:15

2nd 300 4:14

3rd 300 4:14

4th 300 4:16

5th 300 4:16

Each 300 was done on ~4:40-4:45

50 easy

6x200 begin the first 25 hard as I would race start.

1st 200 2:49

2nd 200 2:53

3rd 200 2:52
