Notes

Had about 6 miles of warm up. Rode the course 3 times. Fell once during the race. Almost fell a 2nd time. Then fell at the end of my race. The event was 45 mins. I flatted with 3 to go. 30 mins of racing. I was able to finish that lap before I pulled off course. As I pulled away I fell again. Almost derailed but was able to catch it during the race. Lost control of the handle bars from the bouncing and fell on the top tube without falling. I had 40 psi so not overinflated.

The bike is too large. I cant throw my leg over the saddle to remount. I am so stretched out over the top tube that I do not have as do control of the bike. It also torque the heck out of my back. I have been told that I should sit up more but I can not bc the top tube is so long..

I need a 52 size frame. I think that will help my technique challenges that I am having ...
