warmup 500 swim. I felt a bit fatigued.

main set

300 pull cruise

3x100 pull on 1:40

300 pull cruise

3x100 swim on 1:35. Didnt make this intrvl today.

6x50w/fins(50drill/ 50 catch up)

4x200 on 3:30(150 cruise 50 hard)

I felt a twinge in left hamstring so on the last 200 i went relatively easy
