rpe 8-8+. warm up 500 plus 8x50. main set 2x50, 100....4x50, 200..6x50, 300..8x50, 400. All swim all on 50 secs. 100 on 1:40, 200 on 3:20 etc. swim felt just ok. There were breif periods in which I felt good. But still looking for that feel good swim . Havent felt that way since Austin Tri.....Might have had one feel good swim since then...Lets see what tomorrow a.m.'s swim brings....
