easy transitional run. The run felt easier than usual. It became slightly overcast. And although the temps were still 100 when I finished my brick, it felt slightly cooler. So I kept the same effort and it felt easier. Just bc it felt easier today, I maintained the same effort and enjoyed the benefits of an easy run.
