Notes

RPE 7-9. Was in water about 48 mins. But didnt swim but about 40 mins. Took long breaks. warm up 300 swim. 1st 500m tt 8:21 3 min recovery 2nd 500tt 8:23. consistant but slow. followed up with some drills. Felt slow in the water today...I begin lessons this week. I will do another couple 500 tt the sunday afternoon following my last lesson to estqablish some sort of baseline to reflect growth...

The following is brief data from tt last mnth which also followed a long run(1hr36min):

"warm up 400 swim. followed by 2x 500 TT. 1st 500 8:15 2nd 500 8:20."
