rpe7-7+. Warm up 500 swim. 2nd&3rd 500 swam hard first 100(harder than the beginning of an IM race). Then settled the next 300m followed by kicking slightly harder the final 100m. Just trying to visualize race goals. Begin 4th and final 500 with the same blast over the first 100m. I felt more fatigued then I would have liked so immediately went into a 200 cooldown.
