Good run. I need to learn not to run too hard at track practices. Remember to save the hardest efforts for race day. I need to reamin healthy. My left thigh feels good today. The stretching throughout the week has helped. I am little tight after todays run post 5 hrs. But No brick tomorrow. Only easy bike. The heat is going to break late next week. And we will begin to have some sub 100+ degree days..This will help my running times. Stay patient. I am not a runner. I am a triathlete.
