rpe7-8+. warm 500 swim 8x100 pull on 1:40(plenty of rest) 6x100 swim w/fins(suppose to be kick. dont do kick.. always get injuried) . So I worked on bilateral breathing and stroke techinque. Total warm up 1900m

main set 100 hard, 100 easy, 2x100 hard 100 easy, 3x100 hard 100 easy 4x100 hard 100 easy. hard on 1:35 easy on 2mins.

I could have led this lane today. I felt better than I have since I can remember. I was having to give the guy in front of me 10 sec lead instead of 5 sec and I was almost catching him on the 100's hard. It was not until the final 150 or so that I felt my effort became too much in which I felt my form lacking. Positive swim for me today. I am not a 1:35/100 swimmer at the 2.4mile swim yet, But today I felt like it.
