LS shirt, cool. 4 tempo miles. First two probably too fast. 3rd hills and tough.

Not too shabby. Not sure how I hit 175 on the 3rd mile -- that's along Packard and through Pine Valley. Looks like I could push the hills on Eisenhower and State harder since I maxed at 166.
