Pretty strong run. Odd left PF-like pain for a mile or so around 2 miles, slight right ankle discomfort last mile, but very minor. Had done NO PT or ankle exercises this week. LS+SS plus shorts about right, a little warm last mile, might have been closer to 50 by then.
