Really enjoyable long run today ... nice weather, cold and overcast, but no rain. Ran through Lower Mcclay park to upper then down Cornell. Through NW23rd and the Pearl to Chinatown then to the riverwalk. Across the bridge and back on the other side of the river - then back to the park through the Pearl.
Still playing with those silly running foods - tried out Gu today ... 1/2 packet at 6 miles, then a quarter more of the packet at 9 miles ... nasty stomach cramping in the last 2 miles and had to walk most of it, methinks no more Gu.
