Notes

2 mile warmup followed by

4x4x200 - 55 second rest between each rep.. only got 14 reps though due to harsh weather..

Downpour and freezing.. eventually got soaked and just couldnt get moving..

I was suppose to hit them in 31.5, but most were 32-33 due to the weather..
