just another easy run on the treadmill.. trying to get use to the altitude before I go outside in the cold and wind haha.. also im just taking it easy this week with easy runs because ive also integrated a good amount of biking as well.. next week ill be doing 3-4 swim sessions.. wanted to get a tad bit fitter before i started swimming.
