Wind 40 gusting 56kph. Speedwork -- 12 minute warm up. 5-4-3-2-1 with one minute recoveries, then 1-2-3-4-5 with 5 minute recoveries. After last 5 minute interval, 7 minutes easy and 5 minutes at interval speed. Cadence 164. Last 5 minutes of second set was tough. Think I can maybe push and try intervals at 1130 next time instead of 1145.
