Elliptical - only about 2/3 of this today was motivated with Tour de France as I got there too late to have it the entire time. Did have half a peanut butter power bar this morning with my coffee and that really did help me push even harder :). Those things are AMAZING :). Think the adductors are doing even a little better. I may try a short'n'slow test run on Saturday or Sunday to see how it's doing. I'm optimistic I'll be able to start back running next month.
