1.5 miles with client. 1 mile warmup at gym. 65 power cleans, 56 pullups . . . 30 squats . . . yeah, I was sore. lol Then another 4.5 miles with 4x400 thrown in there. Felt good but tired afterward. GOOD workout!

Did a mini cross fit type workout with a guy - it was just what I needed today.
