2 miles easy, 2 miles hard, 3 min easy, 1 mile hard, 2.5 miles easy. Added in some back/shoulder lifting before doing the final 2 miles. FINALLY feeling recovered from the marathon! :-) A good 2 hour workout and I could've kept going! Yeah!
