Legs were just feeling a little sluggish today when I started. On the third one, something happened in my right quad . . . don't know what it was, but it didn't feel right. My teammate said it would prolly be better not to finish, especially since I had hard friday and saturday workouts. May just need more time to recuperate. Foam rolled my legs for an hour plus afterward, did some upper body lifting, and am getting a massage in the morning to try to help this . . .
