Notes

Did a quick .5 mile warmup on the treadmill before doing a dreaded leg workout. Last time my legs were toast for 4 days. Hoping to do more stretching and moving around more immediately after the workout to reduce the leg toastedness . . . because it REALLY kills any kind of running. Leg workouts work, and they are a good thing, it's just hard to slow down with running for a few days afterward!
