Schedule: 2 up, 6 at 6:45, 2 down
Switched today's and tomorrow's run because I had to do Tuesday's workout yesterday. Easy 7 today. One thing I tried in the last mile was adjust my running form according to an article I read yesterday - seemed to make running feel even MORE easy than before! Ended at a sub 7min pace and it felt sooooooo easy! Will start incorporating this form more to see if it truly does make such a difference. Did a tad of core work and stretching afterward.
