Notes

Schedule: 10 @ 7:45- 8:00

Went to the gym so I could get some weights in. Did 7 miles, did weights for about 20 min (arms and upper back; a little on the legs), and finished out the 3. Felt ok. Added more insoles to my shoes (from an old pair) in hopes of my knees feeling better. Now have a good half to 3/4 inch of cushion in those shoes! Also helps make them a little smaller and more my size - I got them the same size I usually do, but they seem at least a half size too big.
