Schedule: 10 @ 7:45-8:00 / 6x100 strides
Feeling awesome today. Yesterday off really seemed to help this week. Also ate quite a bit yesterday. :) Started at an 8 minute pace, but that just felt SOOO slow, so bumped to a 7:30 and that felt like a good easy pace. It's AMAZING how much new shoes help! Think I'm down to one good pair, (part of Saturday's issue was the shoes just weren't feeling good and starting to give me blisters) so need to order another to trade them off. Good run and then went home and was finally able to watch the marathon trials - so cool (and FAST) and a nice little (ok, BIG) motivational boost.
