Considering the training runs (?) I've had recently, this was a surprisingly good run. I began to run out of energy during the last mile, but since my splits were 8:37, 8:35, 9:05 & 1:07, I can see that I started way too fast. Still, I came within about 30 seconds of my 5K PR (I think, I don't have my records available). Next week - the MCM!
