Notes

First full. Forgot to stop the watch at the end. Was feeling pretty strong throughout until the last 4 km, even then not so much a "wall" as me being a pussy, legs were so. Fucking. Sore. Probably could easily cut 5-7 minutes, there were a lot of stops I didn't have to make. Used a chopped up eatmore bar instead of gels for the most part - which worked great from a GI perspective, but serious pain to get them out of the plastic bag they were in. I'll have to mess around with that a bit more.
