started first mile cut down aiming for 6:00 and i ran 6:15
i was fighting it the whole time nad my calves were rocks
i could barely run. I got thru 5k barely under 6:30 pace.
I had to walk/jog back to the track and get a massage and ice
could barely put weight on the left one it was bad. i am staying proactive
