Ran pretty slow today, about 7 minute pace so its the slowest i've ran in a while. Calf was better, avoided hills as much as possible, although it is hard around my house to do so. Got some nice stretching in, need to ice it tomorrow after the run. In the process of healing, so I can't go out and kill myself on easy runs for a few days, be smart with this, got plenty of time, but keep the miliage going while doing it.
