It will help you see progress and give you objective feedback on how you're feeling if you record just some brief thoughts on how the run went. It will make you a smarter runner and allow you to see the progress you have made come end of May and into cross season this fall. I'm glad to see you're out there getting after it! Keep working hard and doing the little things NOW and you will see big benefits towards the end of May and into cross. Keep your goals in mind!
