10 miles with 1600 at HM pace, 6 x 400 at 5k pace, 1600 at HM pace. Aiming for 6:50 HM and 6:12 5k pacing. I couldn't hold the HM pace easily today, but the 400's seemed within reach (even with slightly less than prescribed rest). I think this is a little weird. But... it's 5-10 seconds off per mile, and I'm still 8 weeks out from the race.
Big workout Saturday coming up, I'm a little nervous about that one.
