My first ladder workout. 10 min warmup, then hard efforts of 1, 2, 3, 4, 4, 3, 2, 1 minutes with equal recovery. Was shooting for 6:55, 7:05, 7:15, 7:25, 7:20, 7:10, 7:00 and 6:45 paces and got after it pretty good. I think it's about time to start stepping up the hard efforts a touch in these workouts, because there is more to give.
