4 x 300m fast, with 2 min recovery. Didn't record the recovery periods, but felt pretty good about this workout. Didn't feel super great, so I cut the cool down short, but I hit or beat the pace I was looking for on each interval. I'll be excited to get a few more days in a row under my belt so I can start feeling normal again.
