It took five years, but it finally happened. I fell on the run. The light dusting of snow covered a nice sized patch of ice, and I found myself resting on my hip and hand. Nobody saw it happen, so not even my pride was wounded. It's weird to not have my first decent snow run of the season until January. I'm sure it won't be the last.
