Supposed to be 7 miles w/ 10 x 1 min hill charges, jog down recovery. But from where I park to the hill is 3 miles, so I ended up doing a little extra tonight. No big deal. I tried to focus on smooth and fast tonight, and I feel very good about the results. A little training does wonders for a body. Amazing.
