Total of 7 miles, with 12 x 1min hard (slightly slower than mile pace?), 1 min easy. This was as hard as I can recall pushing in a workout. I wanted to quit after the fifth repeat, but I just kept on gutting out hard minute after hard minute. At first I didn't think this would be that tough, but I'm glad I gave it an honest go. 60 seconds does go by fairly quickly, but they pile up after a while. Damn...
