Notes
I felt a bit sluggish. Tried to keep it mostly easy, and I think I accomplished this. Right ITB slightly sore, but I am on a plan of good stretching and massage, so hopefully I will be able to work through it. Left ankle felt a little weird for about a quarter mile right around mile 1, but this quickly disappeared.
Overall, not a bad run. This week is going to be a bit weird, since I have the Relay for Life this weekend. I will do my best to not get crazy.
