9 miles, fartlek ladder. 1/2/3/4/3/2/1 hard efforts, followed by equal time recovery. Great workout! I met Steve for this workout, and it was nice to have someone close to my level with me doing work today. It certainly made for an easier workout mentally than it would have been alone. I'm sure we'll do this again.
