9 miles with 1600 @ HM pace (7:00), 6 x 400 @ mile pace (6:00), 1600 @ HM pace. I struggled a bit today. I felt hungry during the run, and the wind wiped me out trying to maintain pace on the back straight. The first time in a while that I can remember not liking a particular workout, but I think that's more a function of fuel and less of "this doesn't work for me".
