Two days off felt pretty good. Still a slight soreness in my calves, I'll stick to my recovery plan of rebuilding mileage over the next week but keeping the intensity low. I'm interested to see for the first time in my running life how not taking an extended break after a goal race allows me to really gear up the next cycle.
