Awesome. The 4-mile progressions earlier in the year weren't quite doing it for me. This was fun, and challenging.
On the flip side, my leg has been hurting for something like a month. The doubt is slowly starting to creep into my head whether I'm helping or harming by basically ignoring the discomfort and carrying on. I suppose time will tell. In the meantime, if it's not getting worse while I run, I'll run. Let's go.
