8 miles, last 5 progression. Aiming for an easy warm up, then 5 closing miles of 8:30, 8:00, 7:30, 7:00, and 6:30. After running a tad slow the first two miles, the last three miles felt great. Nice and smooth. Eventually, all of this is bound to pay off somewhere down the road.
