80 degrees. First day of Spring and I already hate Summer. 10 miles, with 12 x 1 min hard w/1 min recovery. First 6 I held steady and were not too difficult, the next 6 were a progressive struggle. The last one I felt like an 800 meter runner who went out too fast and was locking up down the home stretch. Brutal. Recovery home was good, and I felt normal by the time I hit the driveway.
