15 mile long run, first two miles at goal HM pace and last four miles at goal HM pace. A huge workout. Huge effort, huge confidence builder. I was shooting for 7:00 pace as my goal HM. I flagged a little in the 14th mile, but that was more of a stomach issue than anything. I felt the tired legs right at the start of the hard four, but was able to gut it out and push hard to the end.
