Last 3/4 mile, cranked the speed up a little, but this was overall a very easy run.
Easy enough to be very confusing to me. I mean, I sludged through 10 yesterday. Today, I shouldn't be feeling strong (if slightly sore/tired), right? It doesn't make logical sense to me.
Whatever it is, it seems to be working. (I know, Jeff... running a lot, it works).
